端到端算法工程师_XC

Job Description

1. 负责自动驾驶中端到端模型得设计和开发，包括但不限于两段式端到端、一段式端到端、VLA等 
2. 针对车端部署，开展模型算法层面性能优化工作，例如模型量化、蒸馏、算子优化等 
3. 负责大模型自动驾驶数据集得自动化挖掘、标注及管理，优化大模型以提升自动驾驶系统得性能 
4. 与其他算法、软件、Infra等团队紧密合作，确保算法在整体系统中有效集成 

Qualifications

1. 计算机科学、机器人、人工智能等相关领域的硕士/博士，2年以上自动驾驶、机器人相关经验 
2. 具有大语言模型、多模态大模型、生成式模型等算法背景以及扎实的数学基础； 
3. 具备扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握Python和C++编程语言；
