Job Description

1. 负责自动驾驶端到端目标检测和跟踪模型研发和工程落地 （纯视觉/中融合）

2. 探索使用新的深度学习方法来检测周围环境信息和交通参与者信息，提升实时感知模型的能力上限；

3. 负责车端机器学习模型的性能评估/耗时优化/硬件友好部署；

4. 通过模型优化和数据驱动等方式负责实车测试过程中问题的解决：

Qualifications

1. 计算机/机器人/统计/自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；

2. 有端到端模型经验，BEV模块算法研发或量产中BEV问题解决经验者优先；

3. 有计算机视觉/机器学习方向顶会论文者优先；

4. 熟练使用框架，如Tensorflow或Pytorch。
