Job Description

 

1.Manage the software development lifecycle, including software development, testing, and releasing based on customer requirements.

2.Be responsible for monitoring the progress of the development process, tracking milestones and deliverables, to ensure adherence to the project schedule.

3.Be responsible for coordinate and delivery of customer software documents to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.Be responsible for tracking and improving the SW quality KPI indicators during project development to guarantee high quality delivery.

5.Be responsible for managing project risks, leading to make effective solutions, and guaranteeing project risk controllability.

6.Coordinate project team members and facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.

7.Support the optimization of development process by collaborating with QMM and cross-functional teams, enhancing overall project development efficiency.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Electronics, Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields.

2. Experience in software development, testing, or architecture, with a strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies.

3. Have the SW knowledge of the products

4. Deep understand how to ensure the SW delivery quality

5. Preferred industry: Automotive, with consideration also given to the consumer electronics sector.
