Working Student

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Working Student to join our team and support us across go-to-market, marketing, operations, people, testing, and annotation. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team on a wide range of projects. No two days will look the same!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real responsibility from day one: helping us reach customers, improve internal processes, support hiring, and refine the product. If you’re curious, proactive, and excited to learn how a startup really works from the inside, this is for you.

What you'll do

A mix of the following, depending on priorities that week:

• Go-to-market: Support GTM initiatives by conducting prospect research, assisting with outbound outreach, preparing sales materials, and keeping our pipeline and CRM up to date

• Marketing: Help plan and execute marketing activities such as trade shows, events, webinars, social posts, newsletters, and light content creation

• Operations: Keep the wheels turning by improving internal processes, documenting how we work, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks

• People & hiring: Support recruiting and people ops by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with onboarding

• Testing & product feedback: Test new features, document bugs, share structured feedback with the product and engineering teams, and help improve the overall user experience

• Annotation: Help create and maintain high-quality datasets by annotating and reviewing documents and model outputs, ensuring consistent labels and clear guidelines for our ML/AI systems
