UX and Frontend Engineer - CrateDB Core and Cloud (m/f/x)

DAILY PLAYGROUND

As a UX and Frontend Engineer for CrateDB Core and Cloud, you will

• Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver an easy-to-use user interface to CrateDB  and CrateDB Cloud
• Define and implement best practices for web development, deployment, and security
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize and plan new features, improvements, and technical debt reduction

YOUR SKILLS

• Proven experience with User Experience Design and frontend web developer (5+ years)
• Strong technical experience in TypeScript and React
• Experience building scalable web applications for cloud
• Familiarity with databases – in particular relational databases
• Technical experience in Python
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVE

• Technical expertise with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Work experience in Open Source and/or  agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with CrateDB
