We are currently looking for a Training Specialist (F/H) to support our Customer Enablement Academy and ensure the smooth delivery of training programs for both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Training Content & Delivery
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content in collaboration with Product Managers and SMEs
- Structure and implement learning paths aligned with training strategy
- Ensure consistency, quality, and relevance of training materials
- Identify outdated content and coordinate updates
Academy & LMS Administration
- Manage the Customer Enablement Academy (users, access, content structure)
- Act as main point of contact for LMS-related topics
- Monitor learner engagement and suggest improvement actions
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, SMEs) to gather training needs
- Support knowledge management initiatives and skill development programs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and tools
Requirements
Professional Background
- Master’s degree (technical, education, HR, or related field)
- Experience in training, learning coordination, or knowledge management
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. 360Learning) is a plus
- Experience in e-learning content creation is a plus
- Automotive or technical environment is a plus

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Autonomous, proactive, and structured
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and structure technical content
- Strong intercultural awareness
Languages
- Fluent English (C1 minimum) required
- French is a plus
