Your job:

• You own the end-to-end automation test strategy for our cloud products, with a clear vision for how AI augments test engineering (speed, coverage, reliability, and cost).
• You design and evolve our test automation architecture (frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, environments, test data, reporting).
• You drive AI-assisted test design and generation.
• You collaborate across Product, DevOps, and Delivery Teams to embed quality into the delivery lifecycle and enable teams through guidelines, patterns, and coaching.
• You make quality and progress measurable via meaningful metrics and continuously derive improvements for product and process.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a test architect and/or as a developer.
• You have a deep understanding of SaaS applications and experience in User Interface and API testing.
• You are familiar with test automation tools and frameworks and have experience setting up or implementing a test automation strategy.
• You quickly grasp requirements and identify potential failure points along with the right testing approach.
• You have experience with risk-based testing and prioritization.
• You see AI not as a tool, but as a strategic partner – you use machine learning, automation, and intelligent analytics to make testing smarter.
• You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes to a positive team culture.
• You can collect, analyze, and present information in a structured and meaningful way.
• You prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders efficiently.
• You speak English fluently and ideally German.
