Requirements
- Conversational Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, Psychology or HR related fields
- Eager to learn!!

- Recruitment processes around LATAM
- Hunting skills via LinkedIn
- Interviews with candidates
- Profiling with internal clients
- Administrative activities related to HR
- Negotiation with candidates and internal clients.
