Sr IT Software Developer I

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is looking for a Senior IT Software Developer who wants to help shape the future of software delivery by combining strong engineering practices with AI-enabled development tools.

In this role, you’ll build modern full-stack solutions while helping our team integrate AI-assisted development to improve code quality, speed to value, and consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with AGP business partners, mentor developers, and influence how our engineering teams design, build, and deliver software.

What You’ll Do

• Develop full-stack applications using .NET Core (C#), Angular, and SQL

• Apply modern engineering practices including TDD, BDD, ATDD, and automated testing

• Collaborate with business partners to design solutions that deliver meaningful value

• Use AI-assisted development tools (copilot, code analysis, test generation) to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards

• Help shape our AI-enabled engineering practices

• Mentor teammates and promote an Agile development mindset

• Improve team efficiency through better tooling, automation, and development practices

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of software development experience

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and how to validate AI-generated code

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in agriculture or manufacturing industries is a plus.
