Administrar y dar seguimiento a la Relación Laboral con sindicato, con base a los lineamientos legales e internos en Bosch, con el fin de mantener y mejorar la cultura laboral que promuevan el alto desempeño, la retención y desarrollo de personal.

Amplio conocimiento laboral

• Reforma laboral,
• Beneficios y compensaciones,
• NOM-035
• SAP
• Ley Federal del trabajo
• Negociación sindical
• Administración del sindicato
• Manejo y solución de conflictos
• 6 + años  de experiencia en RH
