Job Description

• Guide value stream planning workshop, set up and continuously update Value Stream Mapping and Design for each VS.
• Support VS the System CIP project and corresponding point CIP, organize Speed week. Methodology support and monthly review.
• Organize value stream to do the BPS maturity assessment, following up top 3 improvement elements and CIP.
• Support 5s standard setting and follow up.
• Organize layered process confirmation(eLPC) for all value stream and indirect area.
• Give BPS Relevant Training for the whole plant.
• Support BPS suggestion system development and CIP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar engineering majors
• 5 years’ experience in Lean production/ Industrial Engineering / Production/ Process Engineering are desire
• Good knowledge in lean production. Initiative, Systematical thinking and implementation. BPS knowledge, PGL knowledge, SCMo, VSP, Pull-leveling, BPS assessment competence is preferred
• Strong communicative management for cross department projects
• Moderation skill
• Good language skill, Fluent English speaking and efficient writing, prefer for German.
• Good skill in office software application, prefer for Power BI
