The Sr. Associate, Vision Care Inside Sales (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for building and nurturing product relationships with territory accounts. You will engage in telephone selling, manage customer concerns, and coordinate product shipments and demonstrations. You will also be promoting Alcon vision care products, including contact lenses and contact lens solutions. Details are as follows:
- Establish and build product relationships with territory accounts
- Serve as the first point of contact for accounts within the territory. Hold regional or territorial responsibility for calls
- Engage with and support Alcon's small and medium-sized customers
- Promote, sell, and support Alcon Vision Care products such as contact lenses, Contact Lens Care
- Perform telephone selling and screening to provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies
- Arrange and provide for the shipment and demonstration of products by sales teams
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems
- Participate in meetings with the sales team and the rest of the Vision Care team, including Sales Meetings and Kick Off meetings
- Continually receive training and development-oriented support from the Alcon organization, offering both professional and personal development opportunities
What you’ll bring to Alcon:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing related field.
- 3-year experience in Sales at least. Preferred 5 years in Sales related experience in a multinational company within FMCG related
- Good English communication
- Microsoft Office user, strong in Excel
- Familiar with Salesforce systems
- Good people skills and negotiation ability
