Job Description

Education:

Bachelors (Masters Preferred) in business, economics or other related quantitative field

Languages:

Strong English communication capability as well as relevant local language skills to drive the team and drive change. Experience working in multiple countries with multiple languages and currencies is a plus

Experience / Professional requirements/ preferences:

2 years analytics system usage and management experience (preferably Einstein Analytics and Tableau)
2 years experience with data processing automation tools/ ETLs (Alteryx preferred)
Salesforce.com Administrator Certified preferred
Field sales or marketing experience preferred
Successful commercial change management experience
Strong quantitative aptitude
Deep understanding of field force technologies (e.g., Salesforce.com CRM systems, tablet hardware, analytics systems preferred)
Understanding of Japan Healthcare Market Environment preferred
