Job Description

•  Process owner for claims processing in the plant:

•  Key account manager for internal customers (production area)

•  Secure short-term delivery of production in the event of a claim

•  Send information to potentially affected plants (Q alarm)

•  Coordination and implementation of analyses in the event of internal and/or external quality problems arising from outsourced parts

•  Carry out plausibility testing, or instruct and support inspectors

•  Logging and plausibility testing of defect costs

•  Participation in production sampling as part of change management

•  Commissioning of 3rd party tests / implementation of the plant’s STS goals

•  Preparation and leading of internal/external quality discussions in the plant

•  Drafting of required reports and documentation.

•  Analyze Q relevant data; applying lessons learned to new projects (via PPx)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above , Engineering.
• Technical understanding, problem solving, conflict management, English Experience from working in Quality assurance, production, development or purchasing quality
• Mechanics, electrics, electromechanics, electronic  
• MOE,QMM,ENG,PPX,PQT
