The Role  

As a Solution Analyst, you will be a key member of the presales organization, translating customer requirements into solution configuration that allows our USA solution engineering team to conduct demonstrations and sandbox testing projects.  

This role also requires support for RFP response preparation by analyzing documented customer requirements and enabling accurate solution representation by using a RFP tool (Responsive). Requirements are defined through RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.  

  

Key Responsibilities  

•  Translate customer requirements into tailored solution configurations for demonstrations, and support RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses by leveraging prior SaaS and domain expertise. 

•  Build and maintain demo, sandbox, and trial environments for presales purposes  

•  Validate feasibility, scope, and configuration approaches during the sales cycle  

• Stay current on Malbek functionality and roadmap  

  

Required Qualifications  

•  Three or more years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS configurations  

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and translate customer requirements   

• Experience with responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs is a plus  

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly  

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills  

• Excellent time management and organizational skills  

• Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed team  

• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
