- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of cybersecurity software products.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in troubleshooting and reproducing reported issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to test automation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Between two (minimum) and five years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test case management tools.
- Familiarity with test automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, key-value stores, and messaging systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity testing is a plus.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or Malaysian Permanent Resident.
