Software Quality Engineer

The Challenge Adobe Document Cloud combines online services integrated with Adobe Reader, Acrobat, and Sign. We work in small, agile teams and value engineers with technical competence, creativity, and a strong customer focus. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to both feature development and product quality across the full software lifecycle. Responsibilities Design, develop, and ship scalable features for Adobe Acrobat Web. Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Maintain high standards for performance, robustness, and security. Own test strategy end-to-end and deliver features at the highest quality bar. Lead design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks and test suites. Ensure tight integration of test automation with CI/CD pipelines. Execute functional and non-functional tests; report and track quality metrics. What You Need B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development and/or testing/automation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; C++ is a plus. Hands-on experience with web automation tools (Playwright, Selenium). Solid CS fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design. Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating tests into pipelines. Deep knowledge of the full SDLC and test case design/reporting. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
