SMT Equipment engineer_ME

Job Description

• Focus on solder paster printing and reflow soldering machines.
• Focus on continuous machine downtime reduction (hardware, software, program, MES) on equipment technical aspects.
• Improve equipment performance e.g. downtime, product scrap, CT reduction, energy cost includes N2, Power, and so on
• Training of technicians and operators upon request by production requirement or according to training plan or based on the actual needs.
• Create work instruction, process data sheet, standardized work sheets for equipment and maintenance as well as other production or process related documents.
• BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP …).
• Professional problem-solving method (PSS, 8D) for equipment/quality problem troubleshooting/TPM issues and so on.
• Cost saving activities (Spare parts, TPM, localization, energy consumption…).
• Prepare and share good practice and lessons learnt to team.
• Arrange daily job to service team, improve the work efficiency, competency, discipline, …
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2 years above working experience

Have good experience in machine reparing.

Good problem-solving skill.

Good at self-management.
