The Go to Market Strategy team advises senior leadership on strategies to drive market success and deepen customer impact across Japan. We use strategic insight to design and deliver high-impact programs that enable our field teams to win and drive growth.
Our remit spans strategy through execution—working cross-functionally to scale what works, implement key initiatives, and embed change across the business. As Adobe continues to lead in enabling our customers' digital transformation and experience-led business models, the GTM Strategy team plays a critical role in translating vision into market-facing action.
What you’ll do
- Analyse all aspects of our GTM strategy, find opportunities, and support initiatives that improve how we sell and drive growth
- Employ data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, financial impact modelling and gather key inputs to develop insights and recommendations that influence senior decision-makers
- Move from concept to execution - developing action plans, managing workstreams, tracking progress, and supporting rollout across the region
- Be part of a high performing team with rich opportunities to develop as a GTM leader
- Help scale our team by improving our methodologies, mentoring others into the team, and eventually leading business initiatives
- Learn the Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting or in Strategy & Operations, Strategic Projects or similar roles at technology companies
- Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations, with attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisation skills; ability to plan a project/cadence, run multiple tasks, set and meet deadlines, and keep teams aligned
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable with dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to speak to and work effectively with people at all levels
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and able to shift priority as needed while maintaining high quality results
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a bias for action, learning, and iteration
- This role rewards sharp problem solvers who can combine strategy with the humility to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
Bonus points
- Experience working at or with enterprise software companies, with strong understanding of B2B software business models
- Experience in crafting GTM strategies and practical understanding of the initiatives and tactics necessary for execution
