We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design and build the core platform powering CYBRET AI.

This is a high-impact role with deep ownership over architecture, systems, and product quality.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work across backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure to build reliable, secure, and scalable software. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, security experts, and product to turn complex ideas into production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

Platform & Backend
Design, build, and maintain core backend services and APIs
Develop scalable, secure, and well-architected systems
Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Ensure high performance, reliability, and fault tolerance

Engineering Excellence
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Own systems end-to-end from design to production
Improve observability, monitoring, and operational maturity
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction

Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with AI, security, and product teams
Translate product and security requirements into robust technical solutions
Mentor engineers and raise the overall engineering bar
Help shape engineering standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience as a senior software engineer in production environments
Solid backend engineering background with modern languages and frameworks
Experience building distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven services
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability
Ability to operate independently and take ownership

Experience with cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI-driven products is a strong plus, but not required.
