Your Role

As a Senior Product Impact Engineer, you will drive the integration of our platform into leading production environments and learn how to translate complex technical systems into measurable added value for factories. You identify complex customer problems and solve them through software and AI applications, delivering high impact within the customers’ processes. You will become a trusted technical contact for our customers, manage complex technical integration projects, and perform applied product management. Industry leaders such as BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel already rely on Qualitatio. You will work with majors client since Day 1, take decisions that shape the company, and built up autonomous factories with the help of Qualitatio.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders

• Coach and support junior engineers and customers on Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and deployments

• Pilot new use cases on site and feed the insights directly into the product backlog

• Translate technical constraints into clear business risks and choices

• Work closely with internal and external teams to develop the product roadmap

• Direct software and AI application development within customer projects

• Drive customer-facing technical project management, from kick-off to go-live

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, integration or infrastructure architect, systems engineer, or in a comparable role

• Deep expertise in Linux and networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)

• Proven ability to troubleshoot at every layer, from ARP tables through distributed databases

• Comfortable communicating with executives and delivering technical solutions on site

• A passion for complex technical challenges and a hands-on approach in the field

• Business-fluent in German and English

• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
