We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Growth Manager to join Almedia as a foundational driver of our global expansion.
At Almedia, we move fast and stay simple. We don't believe in silos; we believe in Total Ownership. In this role, you won't be restricted to just "sales" or "account management." You will be a Full-Lifecycle Business Owner, responsible for the entire journey of our partners—from the first cold outreach and closing the deal to long-term strategic growth and technical optimization.
Whether we are scaling our core platform or launching a brand-new experimental feature, you will be the primary engine of growth, working directly with our R&D and leadership teams to dominate the market.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Partnership Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle of high-volume mobile game publishers. You source the lead, pitch the vision, negotiate the contract, and personally manage the post-onboarding growth to maximize revenue.
Aggressive Market Expansion: Lead the charge with proactive cold outreach and prospecting. You will target the world’s top-tier game studios, building a robust outbound pipeline from scratch.
Strategic Portfolio Management: Once a partnership is live, you are their consultant. You will dive deep into data to identify upselling opportunities, analyze performance trends, and ensure our partners are exceeding their KPIs.
Build the GTM Playbook: As a senior hire, you will define go-to-market strategies for various Almedia projects. You'll prioritize high-potential accounts and create the sales frameworks that will scale as we grow.
Product & Tech Liaison: Act as the "voice of the customer." You will translate partner feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the competition.
Drive P&L Impact: You are accountable for the success of your portfolio. Your performance is measured by new business acquired and the net revenue retention of your active accounts.
What You’ll Bring
Hybrid Sales & Growth Expertise: 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment (AdTech/Gaming preferred) where you have both closed new business and managed complex, long-term partner relationships.
The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven track record of penetrating "closed doors" through creative outreach and persistent follow-ups. You thrive in a high-volume, high-rejection sales cycle.
Analytical Consultant Mindset: Strong data fluency. You are comfortable discussing ROAS, LTV, and Retention to help developers optimize their monetization and spend.
Full-Funnel Understanding: You understand the mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs) and how different monetization models impact a developer's bottom line.
Relentless Resilience: You are a proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for permission. You see a blocker and find a way around it to keep the deal moving.
