The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer ,you will help build core parts of the Collectly platform. You will work on building front-end heavy features using React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and our internal UI Kit. Accuracy, performance, and near pixel-perfect implementation are important in this role. Although the focus is on front-end work, we value engineers who can own a feature across the stack from start to finish.

We are a hybrid company, partly based in Santa Monica, USA and partly remote spread out around the United States & Europe.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience building complex web apps - both frontend & backend parts.

A passion for building and delivering exceptional products.

The ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment.

A hard-working ethic to help build and grow a new startup.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.

Preferred

Experience with our backend technology stack: Python, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL.

Experience working with custom design systems.

Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
