Senior Costing Engineer (Thermal Management System)

Position Value

Responsibilities and duties

1.Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements

2.Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters

3.Execute product cost calculation and provide cost optimization ideas or target cost

4.Timely coordinate to solve problems to ensure project normal delivery

 KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

1.Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards

Requirements

Qualifications and skills

1.More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Air Conditioner/Cabin heating/Water cooling (in descending order of importance) in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;

2.Experience on BOM cost calculation or VAVE from supplier chain, material and manufacturing process

3.Welding (Brazing)/Precise machining/TMS related electronic technology manufacturing and costing knowledge

4.English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus

5.Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, electronics, industrial engineering or related area

6.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

7.Strong adaptability and flexibility, innovative spirit
