Raft is building the enterprise AI platform for supply chain - the industry that literally keeps the world moving.
We’ve built deep credibility in the supply chain sector, partnering with more than 60 global leaders to eliminate manual processes, unify fragmented systems, and unlock intelligence at scale. Along the way, we’ve raised $45M from Bessemer Venture Partners and Eight Roads to accelerate this mission.
With the launch of our next-generation agentic platform, we’re doubling down on our supply chain roots while laying the groundwork to expand into adjacent sectors. Designed to handle messy data, fragmented systems, and people-intensive workflows, our platform is already proving its versatility.
The Role
This is not a traditional BDR role. You will be our AI-powered pipeline engine — using artificial intelligence at every stage of your outbound methodology to identify high-signal accounts, build personalised sequences at scale, and book meetings that actually convert. You think in systems, not tasks. You ask 'how can AI do this better?' before you ever open a spreadsheet.
You operate with a high degree of autonomy and bring your own toolkit — knowing which tool to reach for, when to build a workflow, and how to prove ROI on your approach.
Day-to-Day You Will
Use AI to identify intent signals and trigger events — funding rounds, hiring surges, technology changes, leadership transitions — before the competition does.
Build and iterate enrichment and sequencing workflows in HubSpot using Clay, Apollo, or equivalent enrichment tools.
Create highly personalised, multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, video, phone) powered by AI research and content generation.
Use Gong call intelligence to self-coach, identify conversation patterns, and refine your pitch in real time.
Independently leverage AI for pipeline research, account prioritisation, stakeholder mapping, and qualification insights.
Co-create territory strategy with AEs and identify Champions within target accounts.
Continuously experiment with new tools and share what works across the GTM team.
We specifically want someone who has:
2–4 years in a BDR/SDR role, with demonstrable AI-powered outbound results.
Expert-level HubSpot — sequences, workflows, pipeline hygiene, reporting. This is non-negotiable.
Proven Gong fluency — you use call intelligence to improve, not just record.
Experience building enrichment or prospecting workflows in Clay, Apollo, or equivalent.
A builder mindset — you have created repeatable AI-powered systems, not one-off prompts.
Clear accountability for your AI outputs — you review, iterate, and own results.
An active, evolving AI practice — you are experimenting with something new right now.
Sector experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or adjacent enterprise SaaS is essential.
Why Raft?
Supply chain is the last great industry to be transformed by software. We're here to make it happen — and we need people who grab problems, not assignments.
We move quickly, and the bar is high. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll identify what needs solving, build toward it, and own the outcome end-to-end.
Impact is the measure. We don't track activity. We care about what actually moves the needle — for our customers, our product, and the industry we're reshaping.
The problem is real, and the scale is global. The supply chain industry moves $19 trillion of goods a year. We're building the AI workforce that makes it run smarter. Your work will matter.
You'll operate with autonomy. No micromanagement. No waiting for permission. We hire people who are self-directed and trust them to deliver.
We're a multicultural team building something unprecedented. We work with the clarity and urgency of a team that knows what's at stake.
If you care about impact and want your work to shape the future of AI supply chain — you'll thrive here.
