Role Senior Business Analyst

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computerscience/engineering
• Minimum 8 years of working experience inparticularly in ecommerce, internet banking and mobile banking projects
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a leadbusiness analyst role for large/complex projects involving J2EE and contentmanagement technologies
  Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are necessary
• Experience in understanding internalguidelines, industry guidelines and regulatory requirements Strong conceptual and analytical skills –demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight
• A strong and assertive communicator inspeaking and writing

Good to have

• Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platform technology experience
• Knowledge or have worked on delivery project involving solution such as content management and device rendering products (e.g. Interwoven, HP LiveSite, Oracle Web Center Site) will be a major plus.

Essential Technical Skill

• MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio – highproficiency
• MS Project – some proficiency
• Use of any one of requirements managementtools such as Rational RequisitePro, Caliber, HP Requirements Management etc
