NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.   Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a dedicated team member with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive and collaborative bar environment. Thriving on connecting with guests and teammates alike, you will play a pivotal role in leading by example, ensuring the bar runs smoothly, and mentoring junior bartenders to enhance their skills and performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and ensuring a high-performing, positive bar environment. Your key responsibilities will be split into the following areas:

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to every member.
• Prepare and serve classic and innovative beverages with style, adhering to established standards of quality and presentation.
• Take guest orders accurately, sharing expert menu knowledge and offering insightful recommendations.
• Handle special requests and guest complaints, utilizing effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Operational Management & Compliance

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with F&B regulations and legal drinking age requirements.
• Carry out the efficient setup and breakdown of the bar area as required.
• Operate the cashier system efficiently, process guest orders and payments accurately, and handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions with attention to detail.

 Team Leadership & Development

• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to achieve collective goals.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Junior Bartenders, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.
• Mentor Junior Bartenders by providing guidance and knowledge to support their professional development.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1+ year experience in a similar role 
• Fluent command of English and Greek 
• Substantial knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
