The Role

We’re looking for a pragmatic and passionate Backend Engineer with strong backend skills in Python and a solid grasp of SQL and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with AI researchers, product designers, and DevOps engineers to build a seamless bridge between human users and our AI agents. Interest in Go, Rust and Swift is a plus, especially for future product components like microservices or mobile interfaces.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack or backend-focused software development

• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern Python web frameworks

• Good command of SQL and working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

• Experience with AWS, Docker, and basic DevOps workflows

• Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end technologies (React, Vue, or similar)

• Curiosity and willingness to learn Go or Swift

• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a startup environment

You’ll Thrive Here If You… (Preferred)

• Experience building or integrating with LLMs, vector stores, or AI inference pipelines

• Knowledge of microservices, gRPC, or real-time systems

• Background in data processing, message queues, or streaming architectures

• Exposure to mobile app development or cross-platform environments (e.g., SwiftUI)

• Experience with RPA tools and workflows

• Familiarity with Graph APIs
