Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & FullSet Accounting

  • Prepare financial statements and handle daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with PRC GAAP and company policies
  • Manage fullset accounts including general ledger, AR, AP, fixed assets, and expenses
  • Assist in establishing and optimizing financial processes, internal controls, and compliance mechanisms

2. Tax Management & Compliance

  • Manage the full VAT invoice lifecycle, including issuance, verification, deduction, filing, and ledger maintenance
  • Handle VAT, corporate income tax, surcharges, and other tax filings
  • Maintain communication with tax authorities to ensure tax compliance
  • Collaborate with the company secretary service provider to follow up on new legal entity setup matters (e.g., tax registration, bank account opening) and ensure smooth completion
  • Support annual audit and other external compliance requirements

3. Payroll & Expense Management

  • Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash inflows/outflows, bank account management, balance monitoring, and fund transfers to ensure sufficient and secure cash flow
  • Review and prepare monthly payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Approve employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies
  • Manage payment processes to ensure timely and accurate disbursements

4. Other Responsibilities

  • Review financialrelated contract terms (e.g., payment terms, tax clauses, revenue recognition implications) to ensure compliance and financial risk control
  • Complete other adhoc tasks assigned by management

This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
  • CICPA qualification preferred
  • Startup experience preferred
  • MNC experience preferred
  • Handson experience in setting up a new legal entity is a strong plus
  • Solid knowledge of PRC GAAP, tax regulations, and local financial/tax practices

Skills

  • Strong handson ability and capable of independently handling fullset accounting
  • Proficiency in Kingdee, Excel, and Google Sheets preferred
  • Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to thrive in a fastchanging environment
