Semiconductor Physical Analysis Engineer_ME

Job Description

• Understand the basic of mechnical construction and manufacturing process of sensor component, consume sensor experience are preferred
• Be familiar with variant analysis tools, e.g. Infrared camera microscope, SEM, SAM,  knowledge of FIB and OBIRCH/PEM are preferred,
• Responsible for assigned facilities’ management in term of WI,MI, trouble-shooting and so on
• Implement physical analyses for engineering validation parts and quality evaluation parts including the field return analysis.
• Contact window for specified customer clusters(internal and international), including task management , technical consulant and financial following activities
• Apply and develop analysis methods for process improvement continuously

Qualifications

• Bachelor
• 3+ in semiconductor industry
• Semiconductor technology and
• methods of physical analysis    
• Fluent English
