Semiconductor Equipment Engineer_ME

Job Description

 

• Set up, maintain and trouble shooting of equipment.
• Plan TPM and lead service technician for implementation
• Training and guiding service techinician for trouble shooting and maintenance.
• Maintain equipment to keep high running rate.
• Improve the first pass yield and reduce the machine downtime both on Testing and Taper&Reel machine.
• Design or optimized equipment parts to increase equipment capability.
• Leading cost reduction project to reduce machine cost.

 

 

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical related  Bachelor
• 2~6 years+ experience in semiconductor equipment
• Good electrical/mechanical fundamental.
• Demonstrated trouble shooting skill.
• Process improvement/localization.
• Familiar with AOI inspection system. E.g., Cognex, Keyence…
• Familiar with AutoCAD or Solidwork
• Familiar with Python or Visual Studio
• Familiar with Batch Command
