Job Description

• Leading RBCW commerical purchasing commerical team 
• Define and implement category strategy, in cooperation with global cross-functional team.
• Steer E-Bidding list and New Awarding based on strategy to ensure target cost achievement.
• Work with the team to achieve MAT Target (BP, CF, YTD, YECC)
• Commercial expertise, technical competence and market knowledge for HAWA products
• Interface towards BU and outside BBM for HAWA related topic

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree 
•  5+ years experience in automotive purchasing
• Strong communication skills, good at cross-functional collaboration;
• Strong analytical skill, presentation skill and influencing skill;
• Independent thinking and decision-making ability;
• Proactive, high problem solving ability.
