The role
This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You’ll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive.
VisioLab sells to pro sports teams, stadiums, and hospitality brands. If you can hold a conversation with an NFL VP of Operations and an arena F&B director in the same week, you’ll thrive here.
What you'll do
Prospect into target accounts across sports, entertainment, and hospitality
Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through creative outreach
Book and support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and brands
Learn the full sales cycle end-to-end - from first touch to signed contract
Transition to an Account Executive role as you demonstrate mastery of the sales motion
Work closely with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy
What you'll bring
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
Natural curiosity and a competitive edge - you want to win and you want to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, events
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven mindset
Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three
Resilience - you don’t take rejection personally, you take it as data
