About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable RF Test & Validation Engineer who will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues that arise during RF module development. This role works closely with the R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure that the RF systems meet design intent and production quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Cellular RF System and RF FEM Simulation Analysis

- Understand the operation of cellular RF systems composed of Antenna, RF FEM, RF transceiver, and Modem, and analyze root causes of performance issues as well as potential improvement solutions.

- Derive specification budgets for the Antenna, RF FEM, and RF transceiver based on RF system specifications and 3GPP requirements.

- Model RF components using tools such as MATLAB and build a cellular RF system to simulate and analyze modulated RF signal metrics including EVM, ACLR, sensitivity, and emissions.

- Experience in 3GPP standardization activities related to LTE/NR is preferred based on the above capabilities.


Qualifications

- Strong understanding of RF systems for mobile platforms.

- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience with RF module testing and characterization.

- Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, C/C++, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation.

- Experience in RF design (PA, LNA, Switch) is a plus.

- Effective English communication and teamwork skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering - or similar disciplines.

Msc/PhD is a plus
