Position Summary

The Home Services Manager will lead and oversee residential HVAC service and installation operations in the Nashville market. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-growing and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop HVAC service and installation teams across the Nashville area
  • Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning to meet customer demand
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate technicians and supervisors to improve performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue, efficiency, callback rates, and customer reviews
  • Ensure compliance with Tennessee HVAC regulations and safety standards
  • Partner with sales and customer service teams to drive growth and retention
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage operational budgets, fleet, and inventory

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC, home services, or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing field teams
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and service operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-demand market
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dispatching systems, CRM, or field service software

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPA Certification (required for HVAC technicians; management familiarity preferred)
  • Knowledge of Tennessee mechanical/HVAC licensing requirements
  • Experience managing service operations in a high-growth metro area

  • Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000 base + performance bonuses
