Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking an Acquisitions Manager to sell our wholesale deals to investors. The primary responsibility for this role is to estimates rehab costs, negotiates price and get contracts signed, conduct campaign management, building our client lists, marketing our inventory and sourcing opportunities through partnerships. This should be someone with great sales skills and knowledge of SFR flipping.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

• Have a 2-year track record of successful sales experience with proven experience hitting sales goals.

• You posess excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills

• Are an enthusiastic, outgoing, people person

• You are dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken

• You can work independently with minimal supervision and are self-motivated to make a lot of money.

• You possess strong problem-solving skills and can provide solutions to prospect
• You are a team player

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Lead Processing
• Prepare contracts 
• Negotiating
• Visit properties and meting with sellers if required
• Accessing property 
• Putting houses under contract
• Maintain accurate and up to date contacts, deals and tasks within our CRM so that our records are kept current
• Strive to complete assigned tasks on time in order to help maintain the day to day operations within your team

Requirements for this position:

• High Speed Internet connection
• Fluent in Verbal and Written English
• Computer with Video Capabilities
• A quiet dedicated space to work from
• Ability to complete task and hit goals consistently and proactively
• Ability to follow directions and learn quickly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Sales and negotiation background. Real estate agent and/or experienced wholesaler preferred.
