Quality Engineer_ME

Job Description

• Assist supplier quality problems
• In-house Production:

          - Responsible for Product audit

          - Responsbile for Non-conformity control

          - Q-problem solving, lead 8D teams.

• Warranty support (setup, analysis, problem solving, etc).
• Drive value stream quality topics review
• Participate in process/system audit
• Participate project team work.

• Responsible for handling of internal/external customer complaints.
• Participate in Q-Base
• Coordinate on leadplant and customer audit
• Familiar with quality process of PPAP, QG, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.
• Big data analysis, be a member of data analytic compentence center
• Other tasks as defined by Quality Supervisor or above

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering
• 2~3 year in quality assurance
• Sound knowledge of quality methods, office software, and cooperative spirit.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis
• tools e.g. Minitab, QS-STAT, PowerBI
