Purchasing Supplier Quality Engineer _ MA

Job Description

1.  Teamwork with Purchasing department to select the potential suppliers.
2.  Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet project metrics.
3.  Be responsible of PPAP for purchased components. 
4.  Lead implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings closed.
5.  Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project (SQIP).
6.  Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed.
7.  Collect failure costs and claim to supplier.
8.  Support the 3rd part and customer audit.
9.  Support Bosch other plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in mechanic & tooling relevant or plastic tooling
• Bachelor: above 3 years. Or Master: No experience required
• Solid knowledge in plastic molding or tooling.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001/IATF16949.
• Good knowledge with quality management tools such as APQP/PPAP, FEMA, SPC,MSA and 8D.
• English: Fluent
