Job Description

Key responsibilities:

§Lead and accomplish MOE3.2 automation and lean excellence project on time, ensure investment efficiency by quick ramp up.

§Process and product design benchmarking between CRIN and CRI, cross-functional work with PPS, EIS and lead plant, to improve production efficiency and reduce PPC&IDC.

Qualifications

1.Intensive process and product knowledge required to identify improvement potentials of both CRIN/CRI

2.Leading interface with IPN to drive the improvement potentials implementation

3.Project management skill is needed to drive parallel running projects

4.Higher requirement for communication skills since more cross-functional collaborations are needed.
