Job Description

• Collaboration and support in the implementation of product portfolio management (including price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses, life-cycle management).
• Project management and documentation of metal grinding new development projects
• Support in the creation of Product communication measures and packaging solutions
• Development of global product strategies and responsibility for Sales and profitability of the "Metal Grinding" product groups
• Recording of customer and market needs (UX), also including Conducting user and market visits
•  Market observation, competitive environment, and customer satisfaction to increase competitiveness and quality improvement measures)
•  Working in cross-functional and international teams

Qualifications

• Completed studies in marketing or (business) engineering or comparable qualification (preferably also in the craft sector)
• First professional experience in project or product management and ideally first practice in market research and UX
• Interested in using power tools with good technical understanding
• Distinct ability to convince, great self-responsibility and self-organization as well as entrepreneurial spirit and high customer orientation
• Good Excel, PowerPoint and founded analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel 5-10%
