Product/Platform Engineer

About The Role

As Product/Platform Engineer at Juna AI, you will work closely with our technical founder to build our core technology. This includes our data processing platform, our agent training and inference engine and beautiful customer facing applications. We expect you to wear multiple hats, embracing a true full-stack mindset. We believe in quality at all levels, as well as the power of fast iterations and continuous refactoring to create a scalable and clean codebase as the foundation of our long term success. Core Responsibilities

• Building: Create clean, pragmatic, scalable code.
• Product Ownership: Take the lead on product features. Combine high quality technical delivery with strong focus on delivering customer value. 
• Systems Design: Tackle complex technical challenges and design systems that can evolve from prototype to production.
• ML Deployment: Work closely with our machine learning staff at a technical level to bring agent models to production.
• Customer Integration: Deploy solutions within our industrial customers organizations, making a tangible difference in their operations.
• Algorithm Development: Solve hard algorithmic problems that arise when interfacing ML with real-world physical systems.

About You

Tech Excellence

• Full-Stack Experience: Strong engineering background with experience across the stack
• Modern Languages: Fluent in modern web technologies, preferable Python stack.
• Scalable Systems: Experience building and maintaining scalable, production-grade systems and APIs
• Infrastructure Know-How: Familiar with containerization, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps best practices
• Data & ML Bonus: Experience working on data processing pipelines, ML deployment, or real-time systems
• Frontend Bonus: Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g. React) and an eye for clean UI/UX

• End-to-End Ownership: Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from design to deployment
