Product Manager (Battery and Charger team)_ PT

Job Description

• Analyze and provide input for product development roadmap to identify gaps or opportunities to further enhance cordless system solutions
• Knowledge of market in one or more of focus region of business unit and utilize UX/design thinking concepts to understand user requirements and feedback
• Specify and define user requirements specifically in battery and charger system solutions
  and ability to translate the internal CRS and SRS requirements
• Understanding of battery, charger and extended cordless system technological trends development and regulatory requirements
• Manage product portfolio requirements (pricing, new products, ALR/SDAs, competition, complexity, cost reduction, ...)
• Creations and maintenance of relevant communication content for product launches, including support for go-to-market approaches
• First contact point to support internal and external stakeholders with product application and features know-how, basic technical questions and relevant regulatory requirements
• Focus and high efficiency of prioritization of tasks within in the projects and adhere to the processes (PIF)
•  Contribution to sustainable value in its segment to achieve TNS, EBIT, quality targets, on- time delivery of project deliverables, focus to secure launch of product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business / marketing / innovation management related majors (Master is preferred; Strong marketing and / or Project management background preferred)
• User centricity, understanding the user needs and translate them into user requirements with design thinking mindset

• Product relevant marketing or go-to-market experience will be an added advantage
• Fluent in English, additional languages will be an advantage
• High level of analytical skills
• Beyond conventional thinking (thinking outside of box)
• Open for new ideas with global perspective
• Speedy to figure out solution / prototyping
• Highly accountable in delivering results
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-organization skills and self-responsible way of working
• Passion to work and win in an agile environment
