Product Designer

Your mission

Glyphic is building the system of record for customer understanding. We turn unstructured sales and GTM conversations into structured insight that drives revenue decisions.

We’re an AI-native startup working closely with revenue and product leaders to help them understand not just what happened in deals, but why those outcomes occurred.

Design is central to that mission. User experience is often the deciding factor in which solution our customers choose.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who wants to own design end to end, from messy problem definition to shipping high-quality product into the hands of real users. You’ll be the only designer at Glyphic, working directly with our product lead (who has a design background), founders, engineering, sales and customers.

This is not a role for someone who just wants to polish the UI. It is a role for someone who wants to shape how modern B2B teams work in an AI-native world.

Your profile

Required skills 

• Use modern AI prototyping skills to quickly communicate ideas

• Experience writing production UI code using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code

• Comfortable in ambiguous spaces and using quick experiments and iteration to build user experiences 

• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with our users to solve their problems

• Ability to identify, set and own product goals

• You understand the business value proposition and design to solve specific user pain points. 

Strongly beneficial 

• Experiences creating repeatable design systems, not just designing but deploying and managing the guardrails to help engineers build consistent and delightful user experiences 

• Experience design modern B2B tools 

• Experience growing in Seed or Series A startups
