仕事内容

継続的にビジネスを獲得・拡大するための主要顧客の管理、ガバナンスの構築・運営管理、グローバル新規案件の日本部分の確認対応、プロジェクト横断的なパートナーシップ関連活動の推進、パートナーシップレベルのissue management、グローバル・アカウント・チームの窓口業務。また主要顧客におけるbest practiceの収集、issue escalationプロセスやKPI設定の構築・標準化、プロジェクト状況の見える化の実装に向けたアクションを実施します。

粘り強い方、新しいことにチャレンジしたい方。臨床経験は必須ではありません。

✻PPMOで得られる経験

スポンサーやパートナーの満足度の向上、更なるビジネス拡大に関与します。

臨床試験のオペレーション経験に加えて、ポートフォリオレベルの顧客管理、交渉を経験できます。
