We are seeking a highly driven Performance Manager to architect and scale our company-wide performance engine. This is a foundational role designed for a structured operator who thrives on building elite execution systems across R&D, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.

You will define how performance is measured, rewarded, and continuously improved - setting KPIs, coaching leaders, implementing operating rhythms, and introducing frameworks used by top-performing organisations. This role is about turning ambition into consistent, measurable execution at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and own company-wide performance tools.

• Define KPIs across all departments and establish performance multipliers.

• Drive sustained elite performance through proper structure, training and feedback.

• Coach leaders on high-performance standards and accountability.

• Introduce performance rituals and operating systems used by elite teams.

• Work directly with department leads to establish consistent performance expectations.

What You’ll Bring

• Own performance management across R&D, Product, and Go-to-Market departments.

• Provide guidance to managers.

• Champion performance initiatives and hold leaders accountable.

• Build frameworks for execution and resilience training.

• Manage bonus, equity, and commission structure understanding.

• Create practical performance measurement tools.

• Address team development pace and motivation challenges.
