Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre .NET Core Developer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the backend squad, responsible for translating low-level designs (LLD) into high-quality, functional code. We are looking for a motivated professional who can work with minimal supervision, demonstrates a strong attitude to learn, and is eager to grow within a high-standards engineering environment.

Our Core .NET Stack

Core Development

• .NET Core / .NET 8+: For building high-performance, cross-platform server-side applications.
• NET Core Minimal APIs: For implementing lightweight and efficient microservices.
• C#: Utilizing modern language features to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

Design & Standards

• Design Principles: Solid understanding and application of SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles.
• Microservices: Contributing to distributed systems with a focus on modularity and code reuse.
• Entity Framework Core: For robust database management and data access layers.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Azure Cloud Services: Exposure to Azure App Services, Azure Functions, or Service Bus.
• Web API Security: Basic implementation of OAuth2 and secure API communication protocols.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Delivery: Translate technical specifications and low-level designs into clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborative Contribution: Work closely with senior engineers to build backend features and ensure alignment with the overall project architecture.
• Quality Assurance: Write and maintain unit tests using xUnit/NUnit to ensure high code reliability and coverage.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies, Azure services, and industry best practices to contribute to the team's growth.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical bugs and performance bottlenecks with minimal supervision once the task scope is defined.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to the team's established engineering standards and SOLID principles.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in backend development with .NET Core and C#.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality code and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and a willingness to contribute to team goals.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and database fundamentals.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within an agile squad.
  
  

Highly Desirable

• Industry Experience: Exposure to industrial domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, or Transportation is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Podman) and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
