About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized People Coordinator to support our NEO People functions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience from candidate selection through onboarding, while maintaining accuracy and compliance across systems and processes.
You will partner closely with our Compensation Analyst, recruiting team (NEO), and Peoples team to help drive efficiency, consistency, and high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Offer Support
Partner with the Compensation Analyst to post new roles in Ashby ATS
Review and vet incoming applications within Ashby
Collaborate with the NEO Recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates for first-round review
Support the sending, and tracking of offer letters and employment agreements
Ensure all documents are accurately signed, completed, and properly stored
Systems Support
Partner with the Compensation Leader to support Compensate system updates
Assist with adding new hires, compensation changes, and agreement updates into systems
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (Ashby, Compensate, Workday as applicable)
Support audits and reporting as needed
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations.
Experience working with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and HR systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
