Mechanical Design Engineer (圖管工程師)

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. 負責本公司所生產之產品的工程圖面技術資料能迅速、正確流通及有效的管理,以確保各相關部門能適時獲得適當且有效之最新圖面,以達成產品之正確性並符合客戶之交期需求及設計規範。

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. 參與Kick off meeting取得所有必要的訊息，以確保從訂單到生產的過程平穩無差錯。
2. 與有關部門確定生產產品、規格、數量、交期、原料需求表(BOM ) 使訂單能夠滿足客戶的規格和銷售的承諾。
3. 執行專案BOM匯入Workflow ERP GP 系統 (Microsoft 365)。
4. 協助機構工程師將專案 Solidworks 3D設計圖面,繪製產出 PDF 2D 製造工程組裝圖。
5. 負責設備製造組裝圖跟催及完成審核流程，以確保生產線上使用正確的圖面進行組裝製造。
6. 負責設備控制器線路設計圖跟催及完成審核流程，提供產品生產製造單位正確的工程圖面。
7. 負責設備組裝工程圖及控制器線路圖的版本控管及內部發行。
8. 負責Workflow ERP GP系統  (Microsoft 365) 料號 (IFS code) 建置及管理 。
9. 負責專案工程設計工時管理統計及追蹤與Google試算表表單建置及維護。
10. 負責與製造生管生產排程表資料與專案工程設計排程整合與優化。
11. 其他主管交辦事項。

- 大學以上機械、電機、自動控制、工業管理科系畢
- 熟  Solidwork, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- 熟 Workflow ERP GP 系統
- 具工程識圖能力者為佳
- 積極度高、細心、抗壓性高
