Job Description

Job Summary:

 

• MEMS sensor product and tester responsibility in final testing
• Ownership (identification, trouble shooting and solving) of product related final testing issues.
• Technical data analysis and evaluation, support Engineering and Production in product related risk assessments and releases.
• Responsible for tester release and maintainace for different tester platform
• Verify and release testing program without product quality risk.
• SE team leading as technical key account, communication between internal and leadplant function teams, proposal for team and management decision.
• Leading engineering discussion towards customer, provide best solution to customer.
• Product related KPI management control and drive improvement. Continuously final testing process optimization.
• Standardlize working package for both NPI, SOP projects, training and bring up service technicians.
• Cooperate in project-team for the implementation of DA/DT solution in final testing.
• Work with internal and external teams to evaluate and develop test solutions for new products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete product ownership from technical aspects, i.e. alignment of specification, testing criterea, releases, etc.
• Technical contact window to the customer.
• Product engineering for NPI and series products covering inertial & environment sensors.
• Product yield control and improvement, test time reduction.
• Coordination of technical topics within project team. 

Qualifications

• Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics,  Bachelor
• Familiar with Semiconductor technology or MEMS technology or final testing
• Experiance with measurement fundamentals.  
• Familiar with data statistical analysis tools and methods
• Fluent oral and written English
