Job Description

➔ Assist supplier quality problems
➔ In-house Production:
- Responsible for Product audit
- Responsible for Non-conformity control
- Q-problem solving, lead 8D teams.
➔ Warranty support (setup, analysis, problem solving, etc).
➔ Drive value stream quality topics
➔ Participate project team work as NPI quality engineer.
➔ Responsible for handling of internal/external customer complaints.
➔ Participate in Q-Base
➔ Coordinate on leadplant and process/system audit.
➔ Familiar with quality process of PPAP, QG, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.
➔ Big data analysis, be a member of data analytic compentence center
➔ Other tasks as defined by Quality Supervisor or above

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering

2~3 year in quality assurance

Solid knowledge of quality methods, office software, and cooperative spirit.
Solid knowledge of data analysis
tools e.g. Minitab, QS-STAT, PowerBI
